Leakage

My heart has a leak. Something has spilled out and will not return. I have had it for a few weeks. I have also been in complete denial, but that ends today. A precious girl that I had the pleasure to meet once is gone. Just like that. I heard loads about her from one of my close friends...I felt like I knew her well. But she is gone. It’s amazing how quickly things can change isn’t it?

Never take a life for granted. You never know when it will be ripped away. Enjoy every single moment that you have with the people that mean something to you.

I will miss you Aidan! <3

A tidbit from an inspired mind...

Someday I'll stand below the fall trees with the wind blowing. The golden glittering shells of leaves will wisp through the air and brush past my face in a sprinkle of color, and I will close my eyes and just breath...embracing the moment of pure peace and blissful joy. Someday...

Dream!

This world is riddled with doubt. Superficial things line our everyday lives, and when something exciting and unusual bounces into out life we usually brush it away saying “yeah right. Maybe that could happen to someone, but not me.”
Chances are extinct. Unheard of. Childish. This planet doesn’t seem to understand the meaning of “try and try again.” If you don’t get a ‘first hit wonder’ or if you make more than one mistake, life instantly yells “give up now! Gosh. You’re wasting your life. YOLO!”
I have always been one of the ‘those people’. You know, the people that you know will succeed in life, but they never actually do anything? People have constantly been whispering in me ear ‘you can do this! You could be great.” But I never listened.

This stops now. I am taking a leap of faith and daring to dream as big as I want.

Leap Of Faith!

A few weeks ago, I was talking with one of my best friends. We were speaking about chances and exciting things in life, goals that we wanted to acquire but thought were impossible. Then we started talking about a trait we had that not a lot of people know of. That not a lot of people believe in.

Faith.

We have faith in miracles. We believe our God can do anything he wants to. We realized that though we might think it is impossible, God could be chuckling to himself and thinking “just you wait!”

On one of our long winded phone calls, my bestie said:

“God can do anything he wants! Anything! The options are limitless! I’m not going to say ‘well I will first make it to this high level competition, and then maybe go for an even higher one. One step at a time.’ No! If I am going to have faith in him to do a miracle, I am going to reach for the stars!”

I have dreams of my own that people don’t know of yet, but let me just say this. With God, I can do anything...even if it seems foolish to others. I am so excited and thrilled for this adventure. Bring it!
